172.112.0.1/20 is not an networ its an ip address with /20 mask
In this host network 172.112.0.1/20
We can connect 4094 host and block size is 16 in third
octet, so the BCA is 172.112.15.255.

A hub can send or receive information, but it can’t do both at the same time. This makes hubs slower than switches. Hubs are the least complex and the least expensive of these devices.
Switches work the same way as hubs, but they can identify the intended destination of the information that they receive, so they send that information to only the computers that are supposed to receive it. Switches can send and receive information at the same time, so they can send information faster than hubs can.
simple..just take a look of the label if its a hub or a switch..

Dear it should be done through the server by editing the
group policies, as i assume that the user computer is a part
of domain
try shutting it down and get into the bios setup of your pc
maybe it was disabled..and if still won't display..go to
your "My computer" - properties - then check if its also
disabled..then if those did not solve your problem..then
proceed to your group policies..i hope it helps you out.
