1. User Representations

By using the Takluu platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Maintenance: You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update your Takluu profile registration information as necessary.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Age Requirement: You are at least 16 years of age to use Takluu's platform and services.
• Lawful Use: You will not use Takluu for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including submitting false company reviews, fabricated salary data, or fake interview experiences.

2. User-Generated Contributions

Takluu allows you to contribute company reviews, interview experiences, salary insights, interview questions, and participate in community discussions. You understand that your Contributions may be viewable by other users and job seekers worldwide on takluu.com.

• Your Contributions - including company reviews, salary data, and interview experiences - must be honest, accurate, and based on your genuine personal experience.
• Your Contributions must not contain confidential information related to your current or former employers that violates any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or trade secrets.
• Your Contributions must not be obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not post fake or incentivized company reviews or misleading salary information intended to manipulate Takluu's ratings.
• We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Contributions at our sole discretion to maintain the quality and authenticity of content on Takluu.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Takluu is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on takluu.com (collectively, the "Content") - including all aggregated salary data, company review summaries, and interview question collections - and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Takluu or licensed to us, and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use Takluu for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. As a user of takluu.com, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from Takluu - including company reviews, salary data, or interview questions - to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without prior written permission from Takluu (e.g., scraping or automated crawling).
• Trick, defraud, or mislead Takluu and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.
• Post false, defamatory, or fake employee reviews or manipulated salary figures on behalf of any employer or competitor.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Takluu or the networks or services connected to the platform.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of Takluu designed to prevent or restrict unauthorized access to the site or any portion thereof.
• Use Takluu's interview questions, salary data, or company review content for commercial redistribution without Takluu's express written consent.

5. Anonymous Contributions Policy

Takluu allows users to submit company reviews, salary information, and interview experiences anonymously to protect their identity. While we protect your anonymity from other users and employers, Takluu retains internal records of all submissions for moderation and legal compliance purposes. Anonymous contributions that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms may be removed without notice.

6. Site Management & Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of Takluu at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of Takluu's services - including job listings, salary tools, or interview preparation features - without notice at any time. Takluu will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Takluu's salary insights, company reviews, and interview experiences are crowdsourced from users and are provided for informational purposes only. Takluu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content. Always use your own judgment when making career decisions based on information found on takluu.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the applicable laws. Takluu and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms and your use of takluu.com.
